No. There is no submission fee. The publication fee is only requested after editorial acceptance.

🔍 Peer Review
Initial screening completes in about a day, and the review decision, revision and full publication with a live DOI are all typically complete within 1–2 days.
Yes. Reviewer and author identities are hidden from each other, and the process is transparent — you receive the anonymised reviewer comments alongside the decision, as required under the new UGC notification.
A minimum of two independent subject-matter experts, drawn from a panel of 3000+ reviewers across disciplines.
You receive the anonymised reviewer comments explaining why. Since there is no submission fee, a rejection costs you nothing but time, and you may revise and resubmit.
Manuscripts are screened before reaching reviewers and must fall within the accepted similarity threshold; papers exceeding it are returned for revision rather than rejected outright. See Publication Ethics.

On request. A permanent CrossRef/DataCite DOI is available as an add-on to the standard publication fee — let the editorial team know at submission if you need one.

Typically 2–6 weeks after publication. DOI registration itself is usually visible within 24–72 hours; other aggregators follow over 2–8 weeks.
Wait 72 hours after publication before testing. If it still fails after that, email the editorial team with your DOI and manuscript reference — this is a registration issue only the publisher can fix.
