Payment is Due Only After Acceptance
Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of submission. The publication fee is charged only after the paper is reviewed and officially accepted. No payment is required for rejected papers.

Fee Waiver
In exceptional cases, partial or full fee waivers may be granted to authors from low-income countries or in genuine financial hardship. Requests must be submitted before acceptance via editor@ijrti.org.
