IJRTI reviewers are assigned under a double-blind process and are bound by confidentiality and conflict-of-interest disclosure requirements.

Becoming a Reviewer
IJRTI maintains a panel of 3000+ expert reviewers from institutions across India and worldwide. Qualified researchers with a PhD or equivalent experience can apply by emailing editor@ijrti.org with their CV and areas of expertise.
Reviewer Obligations
- Accept or decline review invitations within 48 hours
- Complete reviews within the agreed timeline (typically 5–7 working days)
- Provide objective, specific, and constructive feedback to authors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all manuscript content
- Disclose and recuse from any conflicts of interest
- Not retain, copy, or cite unpublished manuscripts under review
- Not contact authors directly during or after review

- Digital certificate of appreciation for active reviewers
- Active reviewers may request a publication fee waiver for their own submissions (subject to editorial approval)
- Priority reviewer status for those who complete 5+ reviews in a year
Reviewer Removal
Reviewers who repeatedly miss deadlines, provide inadequate reviews, or violate confidentiality will be removed from the reviewer panel. IJRTI maintains the right to withdraw reviewer recognition for misconduct.
