Simple and upfront: there is no charge unless your paper is accepted. Once accepted and paid, the publication fee is non-refundable.
No Fee Until Acceptance, No Refund After
IJRTI's fee model is built around a single, simple rule: nothing is charged unless and until your paper is accepted. That protects authors from paying for a rejected paper — but it also means that once acceptance triggers the charge, the fee is treated as payment for work completed, not a deposit that can be returned.

Duplicate-payment and gateway-error corrections are billing fixes for a charge that was never validly owed — they are not exceptions to the non-refundable rule for a genuine, accepted publication fee.
📧Requesting a Billing Correction
- Email editor@ijrti.org with payment proof and your manuscript reference number
- Corrections are processed within 7–14 working days of approval
- Corrected amounts are credited to the original payment source
🚫No-Refund Conditions
- After the paper has been accepted and the publication fee paid
- After the paper has been published online
- If the author provided false or misleading information in the submission
- If the paper was retracted due to confirmed author misconduct
