In this paper, focuses on the scenario that more clients would like to store their data in public cloud servers . New security problems have to be solved in order to help more clients process their data in public cloud servers by making use of multiple distinct clouds simultaneously. Two major concerns of Current cloud storage systems are the Data reliability & Storage costs. To enhance security process during file access, private keys are generated and transmitted in a cipher text format to the users using AES encryption algorithm. By using a proactive replica checking approach, which ensures reliability of the massive Cloud data with the minimum replication, which can also serve as a cost effectiveness benchmark for replication based approaches.
