Many times Images are use to transmit over the internet for various purposes, like as confidential information, medical systems, and defence sectors applications. Images may contain confidential information so it ought to be shielded from leak throughout transmissions. For that the secure image transmission technique is proposed, that changes naturally a given vast volume secret image into a secret-fragment-visible image referred to as mosaic image of a similar size .The mosaic image, that appearance the same as elite target image and should be used as a camouflage of the secret image, is yielded by dividing the secret image into fragments and reworking their colour characteristics to be those of the corresponding blocks of the target image. This techniques square measure designed to conduct the colour transformation method so that the secret image is also recovered nearly lossless. The appropriate knowledge required for recovery of the secret image is embedded into the created mosaic image by a lossless information concealing set up using a key.
