The effects of organizational climate, leadership style and emotional intelligence on the quality of work life were investigated in this study. The participants were two hundred and fifty bank workers drawn from selected commercial banks within Ibadan metropolis. Three research questions and hypotheses were raised in the study. Four valid and standardized instruments Were administered on the participants.
