Abstract
In this paper we have presented an overview of past, current and the evolving standards and protocols of Quality of Service (QoS) in the area of computer networks. We had started the brief discussion with what is QoS and why do we need QoS and discussed various integrated Services in brief. At last, we have discussed various advantages and disadvantages of various protocols.
