In this paper, various methods of solving a linear congruence of prime modulus is discussed. It is also found that when modulus is comparatively large, then the existed methods become impractical and finding solutions is not easy. But the proposed method gives the solutions easily in a short time. The proposed method is time-saving. Formulation makes the finding solutions easy. This is the merit of the paper.
