Ethics or morality has a significant impact on the effective working life of a business. No company or business may get long term benefits in the absence of ethical principles. Ethics create goodwill or reputation of a business that is the most important asset of a company. A business should therefore, possess all those qualities or characteristics which are necessary to satisfy the interests of various groups connected with the business and avoid all the unethical issues which may be harmful for these groups as well as business.
