The purpose of this study was to determine whether Equity Adhatoda and Cassia Fistula had anti-arthritic activity in rats that showed joint discomfort caused by carrageenan. The study ponder discovered that the Equity Adhatoda and Cassia Fistula methanol extracts had significant anti-arthritic properties inside the carrageen-induced joint pain rat model. These findings reveal that Equity Adhatoda and Cassia Fistula's methanol extricates possess significant anti-arthritic effects. Equity Adhatoda and Cassia Fistula's preclinical activity is tested out. In our study, we have tried to show its feasibility in research facilities.
