It ensures alignment between product development and customer desires, not only addressing current needs but also anticipating future ones. Innovative marketing permeates every stage of development, from idea generation to execution, enabling businesses to thrive. For instance, shifts in online shopping and social media dynamics have transformed customer interactions, prompting adaptations across industries like hotels and healthcare. From hotels offering quarantine facilities to medical consultations transitioning online, these examples underscore the diverse avenues of innovation within the Indian market.
