This is a study on customer satisfaction towards Tata Nexon EV. The introduction provides an overview of the transportation industry, its evolution and impact on the environment. The statement of problem highlights the negative effects of conventional engines on the environment and the need for eco-friendly alternatives. The objective of the study includes analyzing customer attitudes towards sales and service of electric vehicle companies, identifying factors that influence customer satisfaction towards Nexon EV cars, and analyzing customer needs based on primary data. The scope of the study focuses on the two-wheeler segment of the Indian automobile sector, which contributes more than 7 percent to the GDP of the country, with the electric cars having a market share of over 75 percent. The study aims to understand the customer perception and attitude towards electric cars and factors that influence customer satisfaction towards Tata Nexon EV.
