Smart grids are self-sufficient systems that enable the integration of generation sources of any kind and size into the grid, reducing the labor required to provide all users with sustainable, dependable, safe, and high-quality electricity. In the long run, associations with preliminary investigations for the next stage of smart grid applications will be financially advantageous to the authorities and contribute to the establishment of standards that will be compatible with all applications. so that all applications for the smart grid can be coordinated and controlled by the same authorities. Despite being a necessary first step in the development of the smart grid, these technology application studies have not yet been completed in many nations. The introduction to smart grids is provided in this paper as smart grid, Distributed energy resources, Renewable Energy, and power grid.
