Abstract: Inductive, resistive, and other three-phase devices must be protected from a variety of failures in order to maintain the power system's reliability. This issue needs to be swiftly discovered and examined for solutions. The project's goal is to create a three-phase system with an automatic tripping mechanism. In the event of a momentary error, the project's output immediately resets in less than a second. While the permanent trip occurs in the event of a permanent fault situation. These mistakes could cause serious harm to the electricity system. This may result in power supply disruption and maybe bring various system-connected enterprises to a halt. These faults are categorized as LG (Line to Ground), LL (Line to Line), and 3L (Three lines) in a three phase power system. This system can solve the issue by automatically detecting the failure and cutting off the power supply, preventing extensive damage to the system's components. The supply is switched off accordingly for either a little period of time or a lengthy period of time depending on whether the system detects a transitory disturbance or a permanent problem. Additionally, this project's goal is to transmit data to mobile devices using the Global System for Mobile (GSM) technology.
Keywords: Fault Analysis, Auto Reclosing Mechanism, Relays faults, Power Transformers, Voltage Regulator.
