Abstract: ABSTRACT Microfinance loans and programmes empower women. Women's support group research identified comparable concerns. Micro financing aids the underprivileged. Microfinance aids the impoverished. Charities gather women. Self-Help. Micro financing aids Self-Help Groups. This study separated Self Help Group and microfinance institution employee issues. This study implies microfinance and SHGs may help women and their nation. Respondents evaluated most MFI concerns (MFIs). . SHG microfinance difficulties were discussed. Marketing, business, interpersonal, and culture challenges arose. For women's empowerment and personal improvement, demographics affected SHG membership. Microfinance improves women SHG members' social and economic position based on demography. SHGs empower women. SHGs reduce women's autonomy. Women gain economic, cultural, and personal autonomy. Money, society, environment, and personal factors affect women's autonomy. Women's empowerment in self-improvement, economics, sociocultural concerns, economic autonomy, and confidence affects management. A structural equation model investigated SHG challenges, expansion, impact on women, and membership incentives. . Prevent. Loan management, human resource management, financial management, member impact, and women's empowerment are independent SHG micro financing challenges. SHGS-supported MFIs view loan management externalities differently. SHGs failed rural MFIs. MFIs seek SHGS agencies. MFIs sponsor women's SHGS.
