Microfinance loans and programmes empower women. Women's support group research identified comparable concerns. Micro financing aids the underprivileged. Microfinance aids the impoverished. Charities gather women. Self-Help. Micro financing aids Self-Help Groups. This study separated Self Help Group and microfinance institution employee issues. This study implies microfinance and SHGs may help women and their nation.
Respondents evaluated most MFI concerns (MFIs). . SHG microfinance difficulties were discussed. Marketing, business, interpersonal, and culture challenges arose. For women's empowerment and personal improvement, demographics affected SHG membership. Microfinance improves women SHG members' social and economic position based on demography.
