Abstract: ABSTRACT Rapid technological progress affects all businesses. The financial system makes international trade possible. . Digital banking in commercial and public sector banks allows users to access financial services at any time and location without bank workers. Technology and mobile internet use had exploded, changing the external world. . To thrive, banks must understand client expectations and develop their Digital Banking services. This emphasizes the need for a reliable Digital Banking quality model. . Internet, mobile, and other digital banking channels have been measured for service quality and consumer satisfaction. This study evaluates digital banking services in both sector banks. Materiality, accessibility, complexity, competence, support, security, and connectivity determine Digital Banking's value. Descriptive statistics, the data analysis shows that while most customers access the service quality as good, there is room for improvement in helping customers uses Digital Banking services, protecting customer data and transactions, and preventing financial crime. The report also suggested raising customer knowledge to improve digital banking security and satisfaction.
