| Abstract: | The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has made it an essential technology in many disciplines, including medicine, education, research, computer vision, natural language processing, automated driving, robotics and automation, and other areas such as retail (marketing) services. This applies to all types of businesses. It has seen significant breakthroughs in these sectors over the past decade, giving rise to a large number of potential opportunities along with the associated difficulties. In addition, systems employing artificial intelligence have an effect, both positively and negatively, on the work efficiency and activities of many industries. The implementation of artificial intelligence presents both potential and obstacles, despite the fact that certain industries, such as healthcare and education, as well as companies and suppliers of marketing services, are showing a favorable attitude towards the technology. The rapid development of artificial intelligence and other related technologies will assist service providers in the process of producing new value for their clients while also enhancing the efficiency of their operating procedures. To implement artificial intelligence in a way that is both effective and efficient requires careful planning and strategic execution to transform the necessary technology. This study explores the current state of technical applications that are based on artificial intelligence and their impacts on numerous industries like the healthcare industry, educational institutions, and marketing (retail) businesses. According to the findings, several sectors, including the healthcare industry, the education sector, and the marketing sector, are currently employing systems that are enabled with artificial intelligence to carry out a variety of tasks for a wide variety of services. In addition to this, the authors discuss the potential advantages that may result from the development of AI technology, as well as the risks that will be connected with these advantages. |
