Abstract: This study assessed the influence of differentiation strategies on the organizational performance of tier-two network service providers in Kenya. Resource Based View Theory was used to guide the study. The study employed a correlational research design. The study targeted 186 respondents from Kenya's 31 tier two-network facility providers and used simple random sampling. The use of questionnaires collected primary data. The pilot study was done in tier-three network service providers in Kenya. Data was analyzed by use of descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics included mean, standard deviation, percentages, and frequencies, and inferential statistics included binary logistic regression model and correlation analysis. Binary logistic regression shows that cost leadership, differentiation, and focus strategies positively and significantly influence organizational performance in Network facility providers with a coefficient of 3.742. This study will be helpful to the managers of the tier two-network facility providers as it may help them understand the influence of differentiation strategies on organizational performance. The study may be necessary for future research as it will form a basis for further research and discussions on competitive processes, corporate systems, and organizational performance. Therefore, the study concluded that differentiation strategy significantly and positively influences the organizational performance of tier-two network facility providers in Kenya. Thus, the tier two network providers should aim to make their services and products unique from other firms. This can be done through price differentiation, quality products, good customer service, and overall customer experience when buying or using your product and service.
