Abstract: Abstract : 1,3,5-triazines are an important organic compounds due to its significant, versatile and biological and pharmacological activities various applications and significances in medicinal, pharmaceutical, drug and industrial sciences. Scientist across the globe are emphasizing on an interdisciplinary approach to control the plant diseases to enhance vegetative growth and to increase the yield of crops of various types. In the agricultural sciences there is a continuous evolution occurs due to change in the climatic conditions and evolutionary phenomenon of pathogens.. Considering the above fact various triazine derivatives were used to study their impact on germination pattern of jowar and gram . These derivatives were tested to study its impact on root length, shoot length,root/shoot ratio, seedling height,% germination. The result confirmed the perspectiveness of application of synthesised s-triazine based chalcone derivatives as a new synthetic potent stimulators of seed germination and vegetative growth of jowar and chick pea seeds in agriculture.
Keywords: Key words : s-triazine , germination property, jowar , chick pea
