| Abstract: | : A pulsatile drug delivery system is a drug delivery system that releases a medicine in a palpitated manner. This review provides an overview of the background, mechanism, application, limitations, and future prospects of pulsatile drug delivery systems. The pulsatile medicine delivery system has carried off a lot of significance in medicine delivery technology in the last 30 years ago. In this type of medicine delivery systems, the devices deliver the right cure, at a specific position at a particular time in the field of pharmaceutical assiduity. Under this pulsatile medicine delivery system, some conditions show positive result. It includes duodenal ulcer, cardiovascular complaint, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, neurological complaint, cancer, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. |
