| Abstract: | This study delves into the symbiotic relationship between Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Industry 4.0, exploring how their synergy contributes to achieving sustainable development. Employing a quantitative approach, a structured questionnaire was administered to a convenient sample of 480 industrial professionals through Google Forms. The study focuses on the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, technological integration, and innovation within MSMEs. Utilizing data filtering techniques, the Smart-PLS analysis elucidates the intricate relationships among these variables. Results indicate a positive impact of Industry 4.0 adoption on MSMEs, emphasizing the need for supportive policies and incentives. This research not only contributes to the understanding of the interplay between MSMEs and Industry 4.0 but also provides policy implications specifically tailored for energy professionals, offering insights into how sustainable development goals can be achieved within this dynamic ecosystem. |
