Abstract
Financial management plays a significant role in determining a company's likelihood of success or failure. This essay looks at the significance of good financial management for new businesses, emphasising both typical obstacles and essential elements of success. The ever-changing and unpredictable environment in which startups operate emphasises how important it is to make prudent financial decisions. Success involves careful planning, risk assessment, cash flow management, and efficient resource distribution.
The study underscored the importance of financial literacy and the need to enhance the availability of financial resources and education for aspiring young entrepreneurs. Many expressed the need for guidance and mentoring with relation to budgeting, investing strategies, and financial planning. The research article makes recommendations for resolving these problems, one of which is to encourage the use of alternative funding sources like venture capital, angel investors, and crowd sourcing portals.
