Abstract
Soft drinks are enormously popular beverages consisting primarily of carbonated water sugar and flavourings. Nearly 200nations enjoy the sweet, sparkling soda with an annual consumption of more than 34 billion gallons. Soft drinks is becoming as India’s favourite beverage segment, total revenue of US $9.88bn in 2024 of the total beverage market. The Soft Drinks market is expected to show a volume growth, at home of 2.4% in 2025. The success of the organization is mainly depending on the Satisfaction of customers. This study is undertaken with a view to understand the effectiveness of taste and health provide to the customers with reference. This study helps analyzing about recent trends exist in the market due to change in customers’ preference and to trace out the reasons of the trend.
