Abstract: Improving the quality of education in Vocational High Schools is a pressing issue that requires immediate attention from all stakeholders. One approach to enhancing the quality of Vocational High Schools is through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). This article discusses how TQM has been applied to improve the quality of education at SMK ITABA Sidoarjo. The study used a qualitative approach, with data analyzed through descriptive analysis. The findings of this study is the implementation of TQM at SMK ITABA has led to increased trust from the public, government, industry, and the workforce. Then, to achieve quality educational services, SMK ITABA's TQM implementation is guided by principles such as customer focus, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, the supporting factors for TQM implementation include strong leadership, the enhancement of human resources, effective communication, a reward and punishment system, and both internal and external quality measurements. However, challenges to TQM implementation include curriculum uncertainty, limited infrastructure, particularly land space, and weak commitment from certain human resources.
