Digital Victimization of Women in the Cyber World**
In the digital age, women face increasing risks of cyber victimization, ranging from cyberstalking, online harassment, and doxxing to non-consensual image distribution and gender-based hate speech. The anonymity and borderless nature of the internet have amplified these threats, making women more vulnerable to psychological, social, and even physical harm. While legal frameworks and cybersecurity measures exist, enforcement gaps and a lack of digital literacy further exacerbate the issue. This paper explores the various forms of digital victimization faced by women, the psychological and societal impacts, and the effectiveness of existing legal and technological interventions. It also highlights the urgent need for stronger policies, digital education, and collective action to create a safer online environment for women.
