The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital learning technologies has transformed modern education by enabling personalized, adaptive, and accessible learning experiences. This paper introduces Synapse, an AI-powered learning web application developed using Python and Flask. Synapse integrates an intelligent chatbot, automated doubt-solving, personalized content recommendations, learning analytics, and interactive assessments into a unified platform. The system provides students with real-time support, AI-generated explanations, performance-based quiz generation, and customized study materials to enhance understanding and engagement. Experimental results demonstrate improved learning efficiency, faster resolution of doubts, and reduced reliance on external resources. Synapse serves as a scalable foundation for next-generation AI-driven educational systems, offering potential for future enhancements such as voice-based tutoring, mobile integration, and advanced adaptive learning modules.
