Abstract: In today’s competitive job market, online recruitment systems play an important role in connecting employers and job seekers efficiently. This project presents the design and implementation of a Job Portal Web-Based Application using Python and Django framework. The system provides separate login modules for Admin and HR, allowing secure management of job postings, applicants, and company information. Admin manages overall system control, while HR can post jobs and review applications. The application reduces manual recruitment work and improves the hiring process by providing a centralized digital platform. The system is suitable for diploma-level academic projects.
