Abstract: The present education system plays a crucial role in shaping individuals and societies by providing knowledge, skills, and values necessary for social, economic, and cultural development. In recent decades, education systems across the world have experienced significant changes due to globalization, technological advancements, policy reforms, and changing societal expectations. This research paper aims to analyze the current education system by examining its structure, key features, emerging trends, and major challenges. It also highlights the impact of technology, inclusivity, assessment reforms, and teacher preparedness on learning outcomes. Furthermore, the paper discusses the limitations of the existing system and proposes recommendations to make education more equitable, learner-centred, and future-oriented. The study is based on secondary sources such as books, research articles, government reports, and international educational frameworks.
