Motor Neuron Disease (MND) represents a group of progressive neurodegenerative disorders characterized by selective degeneration of upper and lower motor neurons. Among its clinical phenotypes, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is the most prevalent. Bulbar-onset disease, often referred to as Progressive Bulbar Palsy, presents predominantly with dysarthria and dysphagia and carries a comparatively poorer prognosis due to early respiratory involvement.
