The primary objective of this research project is to carry out concurrent process validation of Thyroxine Sodium Tablets IP. In this present study, process validation studies were executed for the three consecutive batches of Thyroxine Sodium Tablets. The samples were taken and different parameters were evaluated and validated at various points, ranging from the dispensing of raw materials, sifting, and mixing, to the final steps, which include packing. The HPLC method was then used to evaluate these samples in accordance with the procedure. The results were summarized, and it was determined that they met, the criteria while staying within the parameters. From this validation study, it was concluded that no changes to the current manufacturing process were necessary. Subsequent validation would only be necessary if the raw materials, instruments, or processes were altered.
