Abstract: This was an original clinical study carried out on a pediatric patient group to find out the age range or seizure and epilepsy occurrences among them. All study subjects were pediatric patients with various age range all presenting with different types of seizure and epileptics episodes. A total of 65 patients were incorporated for this study with a gender disparity of 41 male and 24 female study subjects and the necessary information such as age, sex, weight, date of admission and the date of discharge of the patients will also be obtained. The study was aimed to find out the variance in administered medication undergone by the patients. The result yielded that all generations of antiepileptics were being utilized by their primary care physicians. The most frequently prescribed medications were Levetiracetam, Clobazam, and midazolam, which were prescribed to 48, 17, and 10 patients respectively. Moreover, the percentage distribution between seizure and epileptic episodes were determined among the presenting population with a percentage result of 53.84% and 46.15% respectively for seizure and epilepsy presenting patients. An analysis and documentation between seizure and epilepsy types was recorded with the most form of and least occurring being epilepsy and genetic epilepsy respectively. Lastly, the duration of each epileptic and seizure episode was noted for each patient with the longest and shortest times being 240 minutes and 1 minute respectively in 1 patient and 22 patients.
