The environment serves as a foundation for life on earth such as water, air, soil etc. additionally directly impacts human well-being, physical as well mental health. Now a days it is a compulsion of time to adopt “Green”. Green at work not only includes physical atmosphere but beyond that it holds employees’ health and well-being. Employers and professionals have the opportunity to highlight a meaningful correlation between employees actively participating in comprehensive environmental management initiatives and the promotion of organizational sustainability. This focus specifically centres on essential waste management strategies and the creation of environmentally friendly products. This paper explores the relationship between employee’s well-being and green behaviour. The study highlights the potential benefits associated with Green HRM, its meaning and previous research conducted in the same.
