Abstract

With an incessant increase in the number of violations of child rights today hardly a day passes by where a case of child rights abuse is not reported. 36,022 cases have been recorded under POCSO Act in the past one year only. This research study embarks upon analysing the scope and relevance of the extant laws and regulations governing child interests.
