This study will look at and address the case of PT XYZ, a multinational and leading system integrator for GCP-based cloud systems in Indonesia, in developing a new set of procedures for migrating legacy systems to the cloud that covers their customer's migration journey from end to end, tailored to large enterprise characteristics, by proposing a method developed from previous literature reviews and design science research (DSR) methodology. At the end of the study, the results were validated by interviewing experts involved in day-to-day operations in the PT XYZ migration project. Questionnaires, flowcharts, and checklists were created and included in the method to assist and clarify during the phases of the migration method.
