| Abstract: | CAPA is the cornerstone of any effective quality management system. CAPA is a tool to eliminate any potential nonconformance and enhance understanding of the product and process. CAPA is a crucial part of any Quality Management System (QMS) in order to attain both product quality and customer satisfaction. This overview describes the CAPA planning , sequence of events and corrective and preventive measures. All businesses should find it critical to document the whole process of taking a corrective or preventive action, from detecting the issue to seeing it through to a successful conclusion, but it is particularly crucial to comply with current regulatory obligations. |
