Efficient management of manpower and equipment resources is a critical aspect of construction project success. Traditional resource allocation methods often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and cost overruns. Microsoft Project (MSP) is a widely used project management tool that offers advanced scheduling, resource allocation, and optimization features to improve construction efficiency. This review paper explores the role of MSP in construction resource management, evaluates existing literature on the subject, and identifies key challenges and future research directions. The study highlights how MSP can enhance productivity, minimize resource conflicts, and streamline project execution.
