Abstract: : In recent days research is exploring on Dalit and Black aesthetics across the world. Black aesthetics evolved in America for Afro-American art identity. In the same way Dalit aesthetics developed in India for Dalit literature evaluation. The pioneer of Afro-American nation of Islam and Civil Right Activist Malcolm X and then the black art movement stated in 1950-1960s in America. Later it developed into black art movement (BAM) than black aesthetics. In India Sharad Patil wrote non-Brahman aesthetics in 1980s. Comrade Sharad Patil wrote Towards an Abrahminical Aesthetics rewrites the theory of subaltern aesthetics and its importance for annihilation of caste. (The Marathi edition was published by Sugava in 1987). Later Sharankumar Limbale wrote critical work on Towards an Aesthetic of Dalit Literature: History, Controversies, and Considerations in 2004. When we compare to this to different movements in two different counties. Blacks were stared black panther movement in America and Dalits were stared Dalit panther movement in Maharashtra of India. Then it was spread into different arts especially in literature. Afro-Americans are writing on slavery and their pain through arts. Dalit writers are writing with their experiences on different issues in their life. Nowadays antre world is doing research on this both aesthetics to interduce in detailed their outcry through literature. In this research paper focuses on both the literary criticism on one another. This research is going to explore black and Dalit aesthetics with comparative study in criticism.
