Community extension programs connect academic institutions with their communities. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of community extension programs at the College of Education, specifically focusing on communication strategies, college resources, student involvement, and program impact. The 156 respondents were chosen through purposive sampling. The researchers used a descriptive research design and utilized the Communication Strategies Questionnaire, College Resources Questionnaire, Student Involvement Questionnaire, and Program Impact Questionnaire as research instruments. The study employed statistical methods, including the calculation of the mean and standard deviation, to analyze the data. The college's communication strategies in community extension were highly effective, ensuring clear channels, timely communication, feedback mechanisms, and addressing concerns. The college's resources were very effective, including financial resources, human resources, and facilities. The effectiveness of student involvement at the college was very high. Additionally, the College program's impact was very effective in terms of academic performance, skill development, and student/faculty satisfaction. It was recommended that future researchers improve communication, manage resources well, involve more students, and invest in the Community Extension Program to maintain its success and impact.
