Startup valuation is a critical aspect of investment decision-making, yet it presents unique challenges due to high uncertainty, lack of historical data, and volatile market conditions. This study examines various financial valuation models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and the Venture Capital Method, to assess their effectiveness in valuing startups. The research further explores the perception of these valuation models among investors, financial analysts, and entrepreneurs, highlighting the factors influencing their preferences.
