| Abstract: | भारत के संविधान की संघात्मक संरचना केंद्र और राज्यों के मध्य शक्तियों के सामंजस्य के संतुलन पर आधारित है। संविधान में संघीय सिद्धांतों को स्वीकार कर राष्ट्रीय एकता और प्रशासनिक स्थिरता के लिए केंद्र को सशक्त बनाया गया है। हाल ही के वर्षों में राजनीतिक परिवर्तन, आर्थिक उदारीकरण, न्यायिक सक्रियता, राजकोषीय ढाँचे में पुनर्गठन और राज्यपाल संस्था से जुड़े विवादों ने कई चुनौतियों प्रत्यक्ष की है। यह शोध-पत्र समकालीन भारत में संघात्मक संरचना के समक्ष उत्पन्न प्रमुख संवैधानिक चुनौतियों का विश्लेषणात्मक अध्ययन प्रस्तुत करता है। जिसमें राजकोषीय केंद्रीकरण, नीति-निर्माण में केंद्र की बढ़ती भूमिका को शामिल किया गया है। अध्ययन से स्पष्ट होता है कि भारतीय संघवाद मजबूत तो है, परंतु बढ़ते केंद्रीकरण के कारण चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा है। बेहतर संघीय सहयोग और संतुलन के लिए संस्थागत सुधारों की आवश्यकता है। |
