The development of sixth-generation (6G) wireless networks is gaining global momentum as industry stakeholders, research institutions, and standardization bodies work toward defining future communication systems beyond 5G. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the global 6G landscape, focusing on performance targets, emerging use cases, and enabling technological trends. The study reviews frameworks from international organizations and alliances, including ITU IMT-2030 and NGMN, and compares regional initiatives across Europe, Asia, and North America. Key technological enablers such as artificial intelligence (AI)-native networks, terahertz (THz) communication, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), and non-terrestrial networks (NTN) are analyzed. The paper highlights convergence in global 6G vision while identifying regional differences in priorities. The findings provide insight into future network evolution and support strategic planning for next-generation telecommunications systems.
