The proliferation of digital technologies has significantly transformed the banking landscape, enabling customers to access financial services through electronic platforms. Despite widespread availability, the adoption of digital banking services varies across user groups. This study explores the key factors influencing customer adoption of digital banking, with a structured focus on the elements shaping acceptance of technology-mediated e-banking services. Drawing upon established theoretical frameworks such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovations (DOI), the study examines variables including perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, security, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using statistical tools, the findings reveal that perceived usefulness and trust are the most significant determinants of adoption. The study provides practical recommendations for enhancing customer acceptance of digital banking services.
