Abstract- The art of conveying code or info in another media is discovered as steganography. In this new technique for cloaking the data or info is used in which the secret data which are to be concealed is embedded in the digital media or audio file. List significant bit method (LSB) is used to hide the info in cover audio and the position of the information which is to be concealed is decided by upper most significant bit(MSB). Sixteen bit high quality audio is used which provide us robustness and lossless recovery. In the proposed method, audio file which is used to convey the secret message sampled first and then each bit of individual sample is altered to embed the textual information.
