Development increases the demand of new infrastructures and due to this the demand of Portland cement. Production of plotland cement directly corelates with the emission of carbon dioxide and also harms the natural resources. There are many wastage materials that are produced by industries, thermal power plant and Portland cements production which can be used as a raw material for the production of conventional cement substitute. Geopolymer based concrete is the most appropriate alternatives of Portland cement-based concrete. It also reduces the environmental pollution and different industrial wastage. Here in this paper a completer review on geopolymer based concrete was done. It includes the different constituent of concrete, methods and other parameters which are important for geopolymer based concrete.
