| Abstract: | अमरकांत के उपन्यास ‘कटीली राह के फूल’ में शिक्षक वर्ग की विभिन्न विसंगतियों को चित्रित किया गया है। अध्यापक राष्ट्र का निर्माता होता है और यदि उसी में अनेक विसंगतियाँ होें, तो राष्ट्र का भविष्य क्या होगा, इसकी कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकते। अध्यापक भावी राष्ट्र का निर्माता होता है। अन्य पदों की तुलना एक अध्यापक से अपेक्षाकृत कई गुणों की आकांक्षा की जाती है। अध्यापन कुशल, प्रवीण, विनम्र, सहृदय, अति संवेदनशील, सहिष्णु, निष्पक्ष, सहयोगी, विशेषज्ञ आदि होना चाहिए। ऐसा हर गुण एक आदर्श अध्यापक में समावेशी होना चाहिए। अध्यापक का चरित्र अनुकरणीय होता है। प्राचीनकाल में कई शिक्षकों ने अपने आदर्श/कर्तव्य निभाए हैं। लेकिन आधुनिक शिक्षक में उपर्युक्त गुणों का पतन होता जा रहा है। आज का अध्यापक इन चुनौतियों का सामना करने में असमर्थ है। इन सद्गुणों के अभाव में अध्यापक समाज मेें अपनी भूमिका का निर्वाह सही ढंग से नहीं कर पा रहा है। |
