| Abstract: | दलितों को लेकर हमारी राजनीति हमेशा ही गर्म रहती है। मगर उनके जीवन स्तर में कितना बदलाव आया है. ये प्रश्न खुद में एक प्रश्न बन कर रह गया है। आज भी दलित वर्ग का एक भाग शोषित ही है। वक्त बदला, लोग साक्षर हुए, मगर मानसिकता में कोई खास परिवर्तन नहीं हुए हैं। समाज का रवैया आज भी दलितों के प्रति बदला नहीं है। आज भी उन्हें छुआछूत का शिकार होना पड़ रहा है। आज भी कई जगह मंदिरों में उनका प्रवेश वर्जित है। कहने को तो हमारा देश बदल रहा है, साक्षरता दर बढ़ रही है, लेकिन हम ये कब समझेंगे कि वो भी हमारे समाज का भाग है जिनके बिना हम अधूरे है हमारी विचारधारा कब बदलेगी हम इंसान को इंसान के रूप में कब देखना शुरू करेंगे कब तक जाति, धर्म का प्रपंच चलता रहेगा। चाहे आरक्षण हो या सरकारी अधिनियम, आज तक कोई भी सरकार कोई भी कानून इन दलितों का पूर्ण अधिकार जो संविधान में लिखित है पूर्ण नहीं कर पाया है। सवाल यह है आखिर कब तक ऐसा चलता रहेगा। ऐसा नहीं है कि कुछ बदला नहीं है,मगर रफ्तार बहुत धीमी है।प्रस्तुत अंश में दलितों को सामाजिक और साहित्यिक दृष्टि से देखने की कोशिश की गयी है। |
