Now a days there is an acute shortage of health care in smaller towns and villages. Sometimes, working of mobile applications may fail due to internet problem. To overcome this problem, we can design a mobile application that works without internet. In this, the user can store their details like Aadhar no, medical details like medical reports xray copy etc., through our application which in-turn sends it to the cloud server along with Aadhar number. The cloud data can be then accessed by the doctors incase of emergency. The medical technicians use the finger print scanner system to read the details of the patient from the cloud server. This is used in order to make it easy for patients belonging to low socio economic and educational backgrounds for safe keeping of health records of individual person (MIS). This technology is used to access the human records at fraction of seconds from anywhere and anytime.
