The present study is based on the Scientometric analysis of 801articles on Nanotechnology Research in India during 2017-2021. This Study will review on year-wise distribution, Authorship pattern of contributions, Author wise distribution, Degree of collaboration (DC), Relative Growth Rate (RGR) and Doubling Time (DT) and Type of Documents have been used for the data analysis Institution wise distribution, country-wise distribution, the findings must reveal various aspects of the characteristics and patterns of contributions of the study.
