Abstract: Neem was proved to be an eco-friendly & best insecticide.Neem components show multiple effects against different insects. In present work neem leaves were used for the gall treatment.Total protein content of mango midge larvae was determined in this investigation. Different concentration of neem exacts were sprayed on the midges and protein content was analysed after 24, 48, 72 up to 15 days. In the present study significant decrease in the total protein content was recorded.
